I specialise in Voice as a path for well-being, health, self-confidence, emotional release and energy balancing. I work holistically - caring for all aspects of the individual - psychology, physiology, energy, voice. I believe that it is only when all parts of us are welcomed, that true healing and transformation can take place.
I have been a professional singer for 25yrs, and a 1-2-1 voice coach for 23yrs. My private practice is in Ringwood on the edge of the New Forest National Park.
I feel so joyful to be a part of this retreat offering. The theme of the first retreat is ‘Embrace’… I will invite us to move gently with our own inner voice and to sense our own calming soothing resonance. Followed by a drop into a guided meditation to integrate the day’s sweet offerings.
The first retreat is on Feb 25th @theretreatnewforest and a yummy vegan lunch is included!
We will be holding more retreats throughout the year… hope to see you there.
