Buddhafield is a festival that is so close to my heart for the loving kindness, and sense of unity that it brings. To be a facilitator this year gives me an extra warm glow inside!
So, a little bit about 'Your Voice & The Vagus Nerve'...
This is a sweet participatory workshop, created to set your voice free, tap into the body’s innate healing intelligence, help us to attain calm natural alignment, and feel our true resonance.
It includes such elements as:
Sound circles Diaphragmatic breathing Voice release techniques Vagal toning Polyvagal informed singing practice Exercises to calm the system Voice healing
This all inclusive and gentle workshop is for EVERYONE. No prior singing experience needed.
Jodie is a vocie-coach, singer, and healer, with 23years experience helping people to find their true sound, release held emotions from the system, and experience joy, health, & wellbeing through guided exercises for voice, body, mind & spirit.
